I found on-site parking a real plus. It made getting to my concert at Aviva super easy! The hotel was super clean, and my modern room was very comfortable. The lobby bar has a great food kiosk, it serves perfect snacks and coffee any time I wanted!

I liked that it was clean. All the staff were helpful with directions. Breakfast included many options. It was nice that the aircoach stop was close. I got a map with directions when I arrived and the staff showed me how to get around.
I found the bed to be too hard. This impacted the quality of my sleep. I think the mattress could be updated for better comfort.

the breakfast offered a decent selection.
The room assigned overlooked the hotel's refuse area, a depressing sight. the service was inconsistent. I asked for a late check-out and it was initially granted, then revoked with little explanation. this caused considerable inconvenience, as i needed the extra time to organise transport.
